We love reviewing Online Applications for SMEs. However, our scope covers Small and Medium Business Accounting and Invoicing Solutions. We will, however, not cover any SAP product, even they claim to offer SME ERP, Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics.
Purpose of this website is to compare pure accounting functionality of online products for SMEs. In our review, we also scrutinize usability and functionality of web applications.

Methodology
Products are evaluated by one accountant with US GAAP knowledge and two people of non accounting backround. Areas of evaluation are as below:
  • Usability
  • Continuous workflow provisioning
  • Features and their implementation
  • Web application responsiveness
  • Robustness or bug tracking
Our comparison table will not only list “yes/no”, but will give a weight on a 5 start scale.
